Peltier Probe (Heated Sampling Probe with sample Conditioning System)
Contact part made of SS 316 and assembled with filter. Specially designed Peltier cooling system makes the sample gas which is carried out to analyzer by Teflon tubing.

Peltier probe system offers an economical solution compared to the conventional heating system as the moisture from the gas is removed at the stack itself due to which the use of Heated sampling line is completely eliminated which brings down the daily power consumption and cuts down the annual running cost.By using Uniphos Peltier Probe technology we completely eliminate the use of heated sample line and use only normal teflone tubing.
Considering 100 Meter of heat traced line,per day running cost will Rs.1000 to 1500/ day in terms of electricity which sums upto Rs 3,65,000.00 approx. per year ie.the amount spent on power consumption by the âheat traced lineâ .Weheas peltier probe âELIMINATESâ this power consumption as we are not using any heat traced line.
